New management layer

Hello everyone! 😀

Today I am publishing a screenshot of the new UI for managing layers!

I also made a change on the order of layers, now everything is organized as the most common graphics programs. (GIMP, PS, etc)

This feature has been requested by many people in the comments on BlenderNation and on Image Layers in Blender.

New Image Layer in development

Hello everyone!!

I started to implement the code in Blender, which allows me to create layers for the images. (Image Layers)
I started from a base created by KWK [1], began this work for Gsoc2010.
I did not find much news! Also, the last commit in his trunck is August 16, 2010.

My current job is to insert the code created by him in the current build of Blender!
